Alya, this is the recipe
CHEESE TARTS
Sugar Dough
250g butter
125g icing sugar
2 Medium eggs
440g plain flour
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Filling
250g Philadelphia cream cheese
60g castor sugar
20g butter
1 medium egg
100g Blueberry or Strawberry fillings
Beat butter and sugar until sigar dissolve and well mix. Add egg one by one.Fold in flour, mix just until combine.
Grease tart mould. Take a ball of the dough and press into mould. Bake blind @ 180C for around 10-12 minutes. Take out.
For fillings, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until creamy. Add egg and beat just until combined. Spoon into piping bag.
Put around 1/4 to 1/2 tsp blueberry filling into baked shell. Pipe the cheese mixture on top. For a more presentable tart, just swirl a bit of the blueberry on top.
Bake another 5-10 minutes until the topping set (not sticky).
Normally I'll do a big batch of the pastry and keep it in an airtight container.

Tadi Nabil baru ambil grading exam untuk poomse taekwondo. Alhamdulillah he did well, dapat pecahkan papan but normally result will be out in a couple of weeks time.

My Cooking Buddies

Every Wednesday, whenever I'm free I'll be attending my cooking class. My cooking buddies have been so much more than frens, we r like a big happy family. The bonding between us are so amazing especially where there's food around. Our funky chef, Rose is just so wonderful, full of patience to have us chatterboxes in class.

Don't know why today felt really tired, is it the haze or what?????? Got to snap some fotos at noon.. I think it has worsen, if fact news a while ago declared Kuala Selangor and Port Klang in a state of Emergency.....

A Hazy Day

It seems that the haze is here to stay... it's quite bad today and the burning smell is really really teruk. Alya and Nabil came home early becoz their school closes at noon and they are having a long weekend straight until Sunday. Exam pun postpone to next week. Allah tu Maha BerKuasa, nak kita ni beringat ingat sikit. Jangan terlalu duniawi...Fotos I snapped tadi using my SE K750i.
There was a thunderstorm a while ago and also hailstones...gonna wait for tonite's news...
